I am completed rashtrabhasha it is equivalent to what and can I apply any Hindi teacher post from these certificates.

    No, you can't apply to Hindi teacher because Hindi teachers need a graduate  degree B.A in Hindi  but in some schools they will appoint as you know basics 

    Rashtrabhasha ia equivalent to +2 or intermediate class you can finish 9 exams that is equal to B.A in Hindi
