Ruchi, You can also explore Post Graduate Diploma in HR & Administration offered by TISS SVE, this program has direct admissions and Batch would be starting from November 2018 & Jan 2019 onwards.

Yes, you can do HRM course. But, I think you should put your questions more specific as to what guidance you need. Then I would be able to help you in a better way.

You have to appear for TISSNET exam which will be held in January and you should apply for it by October. After the names are shortlisted from that entrance, you will be called for interview and group discussion. You can get more details on TISS website.
