I am completing my MA in Sociology. I want to get into jobs as an HR executive, for that do I have to pursue MBA to become an HR in future?

It is an industry trend that they seek a specialist qualification for the appointment as HR Executive. So, it is advisable that you either purse MBA in HR or MSW along with it an LLB in labour laws would be ideal.

An MBA in HR would help you in becoming an HR executive. The qualification would prove to be really useful.

Yes for now MBA may not be an issue. I'm personally aware of many people from various graduation background working in the capacity of a HR executive. You might have to start from a lower position or even a less reputed brand. But your career can climb later on if you have a MBA.
