    Yes,you can take game art as a career after 12th.If you think you have the creative skill this can be a good option for you.Since the pure pc game industry is still developing here, its a little difficult to go higher in this field because theres no pure pc game development company here.But there are a lot of studios who does freelancing work for well known games.A lot of works from the game like crysis,mortal combat,farcry etc are done by the studios here in India.But you dont get a name for it.it is complete outsourcing work.So,there is oppertunity here in India in this field as i speak,but lacking of individual individual pc game de

    An article on gaming is going to come up shortly on Shiksha on Animation (my inputs are in that). Meanwhile here's some guidance. To become a Game Designer, you must get a good knowledge of 3D software as well as preproduction. Usually in Games the environment is created in 3DSMax and Character animations in Maya, Only the models are made with less polygons and more textures.     Hi Ahad,
    Firstly All the best for your 12th examinations, and now as per you query if you are interested in taking up gaming as you career i would suggest you to take gaming from abroad as in India it is upcoming and you would not get good option here as if for now.
    I hope as you are interested in gaming you must have played lots of games tell me how many games you have played that are made in India?
