The choice should depend on your interests & the field in which you would want ot make a career and more importatly the filed in which you feel you are more comfortable. CSE is being taken by lot many candidates and takers for automobile engineering are comparatively lesser.

At the end of the day it is your area of interest. basis which, you should choose course. However you should also look for future growth opportunities in the respective field. Computers & Auto mobiles, both are having very good carrier opportunities. Incidently both are constantly changing as well.
