Hello Prem Kanpur, it's a million dollars question! Different persons will have different answers. What should tilt the scale for a particular institute is its reputation for placements if students. But then as per some experts, this too is not a foolproof criteria! I feel you should take admission in an institution that is convenient to reach and has reasonably good reputation for academics.
