I am confused about private colleges for CSE. Should I join LPU or amity or Chandigarh university.. or any college from my state(MP)?
Is it worth going this far (1000km approximately) to PUNJAB or NOIDA for engineering?

4 years agoHello Prem Kanpur, it's a million dollars question! Different persons will have different answers. What should tilt the scale for a particular institute is its reputation for placements if students. But then as per some experts, this too is not a foolproof criteria! I feel you should take admission in an institution that is convenient to reach and has reasonably good reputation for academics. Best wishes to you. -

Enroll for any good university which is well known also which has good hostels facilities and as per the fees structure of the college as a amity graduate I only know about amity so search for the fees structure of the subject that you want to choose then choose your university as you want to prepare for UPSC CSE I would suggest you to choose a subject that is easy and would help you in your optional subject as well. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
