I am confused about what can I do? Should I pursue B.Com via Marathi medium or via English? Help me.

Going for english would help you alot. As being a internationally accepted language, everywhere your performance would be scaled on the basis of how fluent you converse in english. Marathi would limit your presentation to Maharashtra only.
