I am confused about what course should I do from either BE or B.Sc? And from which college?

I like to do maths and my 12th % is above 70%.

    BE has more scope than B.Sc. You only need a Bachelor's degree or want to go in teaching or some research field, then you should choose B.Sc. And, if you need some more scope and you want to make a big career then you should go for BE.
