I am confused between CMA and CA. Which one should I choose?

I am having interest in accounting and am afraid to pursue CA because I think its duration is long but I like it because it has more scope, salary and prestige. Is CMA having the same scope and salary? Kindly revert soon.

I will discuss them below 1 by 1. CA stands for Chartered Accountant, professional degree provided by Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. It is the premier Institute of accountancy in India. CA mainly focuses on accounting & taxation. Though viewed internally also, they deal more with the external appearance of the organisation including shareholders, other stakeholders & investors.
    2. CS stands for Company Secretary, professional degree provided by the Institute of Company Secretary of India. It is the premier institute of Company Law in India. CS deals mainly with stock exchange & company's act compliances.
