I am confused between NMIMS Mumbai and OP Jindal for BBA which one should I consider?

You can choose between the two on various parameters like fees, NIRF ranking, ROI.

Overall I will prefer NMIMS as it is much older and have different level of legacy in management education.Also the Alumini network is bigger.
