I am confused betwn studying english, physics, computer applications and fashion tech. could you please suggest what has better prospects?

I love all these subjects, now the problem is m confused which one to go for or say which has better job prospects and career orientation. my ultimate aim is to appear for IAS. so studyng what will help me more with my goal(p.s.my parents r insisting on doing engeneering!) please help. what do i do?
