1.Doing BBA+MBA
2.Doing BBM+MBA
3.Doing BMM+Automobile Design
4.Doing BMM+Communication Design

If you are very much interested in Management, and wants to do an MBA for sure, then the combination could be, BBA + MBA
Do MBA from top ''B'' schools only.
If u are intrested in making ur career in computer field then go for BCA You should do the MCA after completing BCA to have

Automobile design is a specialized field and it would be good if you can do that.

Two choices end in MBA so route is immaterial. Regarding the Design area, see whether you are really interested

depend on your intrest but generally BBA+MBA is good. BBA=BBM
