You can go for MBBS by taking AIPMT, or veternary exams if you are from Medical stream. If you are from science you have a lot of scope from engineering to architecture to psychology. If you are from commerce, you can do B.Com, CA etc. If you are from humanities, you can go for IAS and such exams.

Look into yourself. try to find your strength, weakness, passion, ambition. once you do it successfully u will have a great career whatever may be your stream is.
