I am confused whether to opt for a distance MBA or distance Executive MBA or quit my job and go for a full time MBA.

I have completed my BE in CS worked as a software engineer and after working for 2.5 years moved into HR role as part of Internal job posting, couldn't go for MBA as I didn't want to quit my job and I got the role I was looking for, now that to grow in my career ladder, education is required.

You can do MBA in HR from top b school via distance or online mode. You should quit your job if the MBA programme worth the money value of job. If it is from top b school like IIM, FMS, XLRI etc. Few good option for distance MBA would be -
    - Symbosis
    - DDE Kurushetra University
    - NMIMS
    - IGNOU
    - DDE Pondicherry University
    - Amity University
    - Anamali University
    - Bharthi Vidyapeth
Also there are executive courses by top b school like IIM and XLRI.
