I am confused. Which will be the best option(college) for me as I have 4400 rank in WBJEE and 94% in 12th?

Your board result is not going to help you anyway. But you also have a nice performance in WBJEE. With this rank, you will get IEM ECE. Also, I will suggest you to go for only ECE, IT or CSE branch as core branches are in bad conditions. You can also go for Heritage. See, the choice is yours as bo

Since I have time left now, will it be better for me to graduate from Delhi University and go for UPSC, BPSC, SSC CGL or would it be better to choose engeenering and go for IEM-Heritage or Techno India?
