I am currently doing a regular course from Mumbai University, can I apply for another course as distance education in IGNOU?
What documents do I need to submit in IGNOU as my original documents are with Mumbai University? Am I eligible to pursue regular + distance education?

There is never any restriction on open or distance study. Just issue comes when your exams dates coincide. Else, all depends on your time management skills. My best wishes for your future. : -
