I am currently doing B.Com from an affiliated college of DAVV along with CA. Can I change my college within DAVV after second year?

    The first condition is that you must clear your first year's exam and ensure that seats are available in the other college which you would like to join. Once you submit the application, if approved, you will get a No Objection Certificate from your current college that will help you transfer. However, transfers are generally allowed only between colleges under the same university and not to a different university altogether.
