I am currently doing BA in journalism. I am interested in pursuing Masters abroad. When and how do I go about the exams (TOEFL,IELTS)?

IELTS you have to do and gain 6.5 Band. Because of journalism you may require 7 band. Take some coaching and then write the exam. see ielts website you have exams in all major cities once in a month. You can do this when you are int eh final year.
