I am currently doing Diploma in civil engineering. Should I go for BE in civil engineering in India and then pursue Masters abroad or not?

Going for your BE will open up more options and courses early on. You have to decide basis your profile, budget, entry requirements etc. If you have an average profile and not IIT material you may consider going abroad during BE itself since you will get better universities than most mushrooming pri
