I am currently doing final year B.Sc with CBZ. Which exam should I give for M.Sc? Shall I pursue M.Sc in botany or zoology?

I give an option for Botany. The subject is getting wider application. The research is related to agriculture and SEED culture. The studies are not general anymore.
