I am currently enrolled in MCA from IP university.. My confusion is weather to go for a job in software trainee job in TCS, Wipro etc.. Or to complete my MCA an than find Job? please help me out i am really confused in this matter...

My dear if u got opportunity then u go for job first but if u want to search then my suggestion is make ur skills enhanced then go for job simultaneous try for some International Certifications as well in any of the stream related with ur interest.
