You must pass 12th grade in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognised board, usually with at least 50–55% aggregate. DU specifically expects PCM—not PCB—at higher secondary level .

Then you must clear CUET with good ranks to get into DU. With PCM compulsorily
