I am currently in 12th and I am interested in software engineering. Which course should I choose?

Dear,
As you are interested in S/W field you better pursue B.Tech in C/S or IT. You may think for BCA followed by MCA which may give you a good knowledge of the IT field specially in S/W. But Indian IT industry prefers B.Tech more than MCA. So, considering the job potential going for B.Tech in CS or IT is better.
