Hi Vishal,
There's no need to worry. You have ample of opportunities to take up your desired courses.
Just you need to do is to take all the entrance exams for engineering as well as medical.
Now, JEE Mains form is out. So, fill it.
Later, you can fill NEET, State CET or AIEEA ICAR UG or private colleges entrance exam forms, etc.
Since you took PCMB, a pure science combination. Decide, according to your interest area. -
