    Yes, if you will be completing your 12th standard and CLAT exam next year, you will be eligible to apply for LL.B. (3 years) at MIT WPU, Pune provided you meet the eligibility criteria for the course. The eligibility criteria for LL.B. (3 years) at MIT WPU, Pune are as follows:
    1. You must have completed a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates).

    No. The minimum qualification for LL.B. Degree is graduation. After doing graduation you can do LL.B. CLAT is only for the integrated B.A. LL.B. Course and LL. M.
