I am currently in 3rd year of BBI. Should I go for M.Com or gain work experience first?

Hi Sneha!
It depends on your interest. If you wish to pursue M.Com there is no point of waiting, working and then pursuing M.Com. If post-graduation is not on your list, then I think BBI itself offers great career opportunities.
