One good option is Chandigarh University, which offers M.Sc. in Hospitality and Tourism Management through its UITHM (University Institute of Tourism and Hospitality Management)

Yes you can study hotel management after your BBA since you are already a graduate, you can consider doing MBA in Hospitality Management.
