I am currently in second year of Bachelor of management studies. Can I enroll in CS or should I wait till graduation?

Yes, you can take CS. But if you enroll now in CS, then you have to start from the 1st year and if you enroll after graduation, then you can get admission in the second year, so the choice is yours. Good luck.
