I am currently persuing B.C.A from M.S.University vadodara and would like to go to Princeston University to persue M.S.E

I have information about GRE but my worried about the fact of getting accepted in the university. I have also heard some rumors that 4 yrs of education in India is necessary to join a post graduation course in the U.S. Are these rumors true?
