If you want to pursue your career in HR then after completing you B.Sc, you can go for MBA in HR. Then, you can start your career in HR. But, for interviews you should be prepared for a common question being asked that why you changed your stream from Science to commerce or B.Sc in HS to MBA in HR and so on. So, if you want to become a HR, then go for MBA.
