I am Currently pursuing BE in Mechanical...i am planning to do MS..but i am confused where to purse it...Total Expense matters...opinions?

Since i am from a middle class family ,expenses matter....but i cant compromise on opportunities.....*confused*.... currently i am thinking about US....

    As per your profile Germany would be the best study destination for you to pursue masters degree, the cost of education in Germany would be very less as compare to education in US.
    For your reference, find below some of the finest universities in Germany offering masters degree in mechanical engineering and related fields:
    - University of Applied Sciences (Aachen)
    - Chemnitz University of Technology (Chemnitz)
    - Ingoldstadt University of Applied Sciences (Ingolstadt)

    You will be best suited for Infrastructure Management courses in India since there are managerial job opportunities in companies like L & T, NCC, Sunil HiTech, Atlas Copco. Why dont you explore this area which is growing tremendously.
