I am currently pursuing MBA from a tier 3 college. Should I consider doing MSc from a tier 1 university like JBIMS for better career options

I am in the 4th year of a 5 year BBA-MBA programme. However, I am not able to get a good job profile. I have a good IQ and I had already clear IIM Indore and Narsee Monjee entrance, but chose the current university then due to personal reasons. Also If yes, how much work-ex should I get before M.Sc?
