I am currently pursuing my master's, however, can I also do my LL.B. simultaneously? If yes, can I do it in a distance course?

    Yes You can do it
    because UGC's new guidelines will now allow you to go for both degree to do simultaneously
    As well it is announced by National Education Policy - 2020 and in order to allow students to acquire multiple skills. I hope it will help you.

    You can, but that again depends on your university rules and regulations. But, generally people do pursue distance, Certificate and courses like Company Secretaryship while they are pursuing their regular LL.B. There is no such thing as Distance when it comes to LL.B. The All India Bar Council has clearly stated that only regular college degrees will be accepted for enrollment purposes. On the other hand, if you wish to take the other path, sure you can study, but you will be ineligible to enroll. That's like taking a licence to drive and not getting to drive.
