I am currently pursuing my MBA after engineering, is it worth doing M.Tech after MBA? I am still interested towards technical side.

Don't do MBA then, do M.Tech. Or gain experience in engineering in the mean time if you're waiting for your MBA to finish. .

Yes, by reading your question, it is absolutely a good choice to do youR M.Tech later. And, I suggest you to work for at least 3 years before your M.Tech and get into a reputed college for the same.
