First of all college change or university change after first year is completely dependent on college and university norms. Some university allow it and some won't plus you need to have good scores in first year to apply for the same. For further details contact the college authorities.
Secondly RKGIT is also a good college changing to Bharati Vidyapeeth won't be a good choice if you want to change college, change to top college. -
If they are allowing you to take admission then you must go there.
