    Yes, there are some possibilities that you can get a transfer to a different college in your third year of engineering at the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT). The university accepts the transfer of credits. Generally, the process is as follows:
    1. You will need to obtain a "No Objection Certificate" at the college in which you are currently studying.
    2. You will be allowed to transfer for a valid reason.
