I am currently studying in a Kolhapur uni affiliated institute. Will there be issues if i go out looking for admissions in Mumbai uni?

Currently studying in the 1st year BBA program (Kolhapur university affiliated college)and want to pursue education in Mumbai so can i get admission in 2nd year in any Mumbai university based college?

No. Kolhapur University i.e. Shivaji University is a state university and another university must accept degree of a university if it is awarded without any violation.
