I am currently studying in BIT Deoghar (1st year ) and have secured AIR 9000 in JEE Main 2018. Can I take admission in BIT, Mesra this year?

Your rank is good. You will get CSE though not in first round but in subsequent rounds. My friends in 2016 got a seat in CSE with 10000 rank. You will get it but keep patience for CSE. -

You can easily get CSE with this rank In BIT,Mesra.Just wait for the counselling rounds and hence if not in 1st round you will surely get in 2nd round.
