I am currently studying in class 12 with Non Medical Stream. I was looking forward for an admission in UTM kuala lumpur. Do I require IELTS?
I NEEDED AN ADMISSION IN Bachelor OF COMPUTER SCIENCES ( SOFTWARE ENGINEERING ). I READ ON YOUR WEBSITE ONLY "Applicants who have completed their high school from India are exempted from English requirement". So do I need to give IELTS. If not then will it affect my chances of admission?
