To become an instructor at ITI, you need to have a degree or Diploma in engineering or technology1. You can also pursue the Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) programme offered by the Directorate General of Training (DGT) under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. The eligible candidates are those who possess NTC/ NAC/Diploma/Degree qualifications. Training in 27 Engineering trades and 9 non-engineering trades is being offered. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
