Yes, you can change your college after 1st year to any other college of the same university.
But the condition it that you have to good score in your 1st year and there should be a seat on that domain or the branch in that college.
You have to talk to the registrar of your college, they will guide you about the process and application for that. -
Please talk to your college registrar and try to score good in first year. Then, there are chances of getting transfer to JSS.
