I am currently working as software developer in MNC and having 3 years of exp .I am confused between GRE and GMAT. which shouild i go for

i have done BE in 2008 and working with MNC from past three years . Now i want to study further in abroad. i am confused between management and technical education offered through GRE and GMAT . Please help which exam should i go for so that i will be building my career in same.
