yes you can subject you have competency as required by IT industry please check what qualification is required to join IT

Since you are already from a finance background and want to shift into IT, why don't you consider doing the CIBIT(Certifies invesment banking IT Professional) course at Imarticus? Investment banking is one of the most lucrative industries to be in and IT has a huge role to play in it.
