I am currently working in Bank of India as Scale 1 officer. Is it right to join NIBM?

You may always go for a specialized course offered by NIBM to diversify your career path. Leaving the job as of now is your personal choice. Many of the people pursuing the course here and those who have already pursued had prior work experience which also adds to your benefit in the course as you know that job experience is an added advantage in any of the MBA course.
