I am currently working in SAP ERP sales. But want to shift in Functional consultant. Can you please tell me from where to start?

I am in SAP ERP sales for past only 3 months, but i don't want to be in sales for long time and also don't want to go out of SAP as it is the only thing which will help me in getting job abroad. So i want to shift in SAP Functional role but i need guidance as to what to do first? Which course?
