i am detain studant in 3rd sem 2012 becaus of 1st sem 5 atkt now i have 5 atkt 3 of 1st sem and 2 of 2nd sem . can i re detain in 2013

Such detention is normally for one academic year and you can seek re-admission after clearing the required number of backlog subjects.
