I am Diploma+BE in Mechanical Engineering student, I haven't done my 12th standard Am I eligible for Afcat?

You are not eligible for Flying and GD Technical branches because these required 12th with Physics and Math with minimum 60% of marks + Engineering degree. However you can be eligible for GD Non Technical branches because this required a Bachelor's degree (three years) from a recognised university in any discipline with at least 60% or equivalent.
