I am diploma civil final year, now i want to know about LEET lateral entry ? which college is best for civil engineering after diploma

I want to get best college list who can give lateral entry for diploma student all over the INDIA for Civil branch ! can i get NIT or IIT ? which exam i have to give then? (i dont have 12th, i have 10th and my diploma in civil)
