After 10th I completed Diploma in HIET as 60%, my work experience 16 years in industial mobile equiments service engineer

according to education management act:u need to do bachelor degree 1st then u ll be eligible for MBA.no diploma holders are eligible except bachelors

In order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any field, however as per your profile you may consider pursuing diploma in management from IGNOU.
