Hi Lalit, Since you have a vast experience in your field, I suggest you to go for a distance education MBA. Its just a degree you want rather than knowledge coz you already know whats the field. So you can opt fo good Distance education Colleges like IGNOU, Sikkim Manipal etc. All the best
